A complete fashion retail system built from scratch — a premium customer-facing website, a full business admin panel, and an in-store point of sale, all running off the same Firebase project.
LaFashionPoint needed more than a website — they needed a complete retail operation. We built all three sides and wired them together.
A premium e-commerce experience — browse, wishlist, bag, pay, and track, all on one site that installs like an app.
Everything the owner needs to run the business — products, orders, inventory, customers, reports, and coupons.
Fast counter sales — barcode scanning, UPI QR, loyalty points, offline mode, and receipt printing.
Built to feel like a premium fashion brand — Zara-style layout, editorial photography support, and every feature a real online store needs.
Homepage with hero, category cards, bestsellers carousel, and brand story. Customers browse by category or search in real time — "polo", "black hoodie", "30 waist" filters instantly.
Click any product — full-screen popup with photo carousel (5 images), size guide, size/colour selector with out-of-stock items disabled, customer reviews, and related products.
Heart icon on every card saves to wishlist. Shopping bag holds multiple items. "Reserve for Pickup" generates a 5-character order code (e.g. LFP4K) — confirmed on WhatsApp automatically.
Razorpay integration for credit card, UPI, and net banking. WhatsApp order option for cash-on-delivery customers. Both flows land in the same admin orders panel.
Customers enter their phone number and see all their orders with real-time status — Pending / Shipped / Delivered — without creating an account or contacting the store.
Customers can add the website to their home screen. It opens full-screen like a native app — no App Store, no Play Store, instant updates whenever the owner makes a change.
A complete business operations dashboard — the owner manages everything without touching code or calling a developer.
Total products, orders, inquiries, out-of-stock count. Revenue line chart for last 30 days. Payment method pie chart (Cash vs UPI vs Card). Top 5 products bar chart.
Add up to 5 photos, set sizes (S to 3XL + waist sizes), colours, and a full size × colour stock grid. Barcode/SKU field for POS scanner. Badges — New, Hot, Sale.
Add a category once (e.g. "Kids Wear") with icon, colour, and display order. It automatically appears on the website, filter tabs, product form, and POS — no code changes needed.
Every size × colour combination tracked in one table. Inline editing — click a stock number, type, save. Low stock alerts (≤5 units) with a WhatsApp self-alert button.
All orders in one list — website, POS, WhatsApp manual entries. Returns log with restock checkbox. Customer profiles with total spent, order history, and loyalty points.
Revenue, payment method, and top product charts with date range filter. Export all orders to CSV for the accountant. GST invoice PDF generation per order.
Fast, tablet-friendly counter sales — handles every payment type, works offline, and connects directly to website orders.
Customer reserved online with code LFP4K — cashier enters it in POS and the entire cart loads automatically with items, customer name, and phone already filled.
Browse categories, search by name, or scan the barcode with the camera. Items add to cart with size and colour selection. Quantity +/− controls on every item.
Apply a coupon code — validated against Firebase, discount calculated instantly. Enter customer phone to show loyalty points earned, then redeem them as a discount.
Cash with auto change calculator. UPI with a QR code generated from your UPI ID in Settings. Card. One screen handles all three — no switching apps.
Sale saved to Firebase, stock auto-decremented, website reservation marked complete. Receipt popup — print, send to WhatsApp, or download GST invoice PDF.
Internet drops — POS keeps running. Sales save locally to the browser. When connection returns, everything syncs to Firebase automatically. The store never stops.
The website, admin panel, and POS all share the same Firebase project. A customer browsing on their phone and a cashier at the counter are looking at the same live data.
Whether you sell fashion, electronics, groceries, or anything else — this same system can be built and branded for your store.
